Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you
have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
You have acknowledged that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been executed.
This applies in particular to the purchase of digital subscriptions or premium access in the Fena App, as soon as access is activated immediately after purchase.
